I will be showing new work this winter.  Old Hero Song will be up on display at HighTower/Lyon Wealth Management, in Mill Valley, until the end of May. The office will open publicly on the first Tuesday of every month, in conjuntion with The Mill Valley Art Walk, during the exhibition, otherwise please call at 415.381.7400, to make an appointment to see the work.

In conjunction with Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts, The San Francisco Art Institute Graduate Division is sponsoring a one-day symposium on issues occasioned by the exhibition. Symposium participants are art historian Gerardo Mosquera, Adjunct Curator, New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York; Alma Ruiz, Curator, Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; Judith Bettleheim, Professor of Art History, San Francisco State University; artist and human rights activist Claudia Bernardi; and Hou Hanru, Director, Museum Studies Program, San Francisco Art Institute. Organized and moderated by Anthony Torres, Independent curator and art critic. The symposium takes place on Saturday, April 19, 10am-3:30pm, at San Francisco Art Institute (800 Chestnut St., San Francisco).
